Ajax checklist
To get your ticket:
- Download the Official Ajax App on your mobile phone.
- Log in or create your new account with a valid email address.
- Inform us if the email address you use in the app is different from your purchase.
- Your ticket will appear in your Ajax app account about 48 hours before the game.
Entrance at matchday:
✅ Activate ticket:
On matchday your ticket will automatically be activated and a QR-code will appear in your ticket shown in your Ajax app account from 4 hours before start of the game. For entrance this QR-code needs to be scanned at the entrance / turnstiles of the Johan Cruijff Arena.
✅ Verification:
Make sure your Ajax app account is verified , this can be done when logged-in by pushing the Verify button and follow the steps.
Verification for Dutch citizens can be done after pushing Verify button, which will lead to E-Banking for confirming.
For people from outside the Netherlands, this can be done by using the international option. The app will make use of camera to scan your ID/passport. Verification has to be done in order to get ticket and gain entrance to stadium.
Steps 1 and 3 can be done well in time / few days before the game. Should there be any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Please be aware: it is your own responsibility to ensure you have the relevant documentation that are required by the Dutch authorities. No refunds will be made for not gaining entrance because of lack of documentation.
No away teams colors allowed.
Please make sure you have your ID (Passport / ID Card / Driver License) with you all time.
